Sierra Stonebraker and Kay Zeiss MFA Thesis Reading

The MFA Writing Program at UNC Greensboro will host a fiction and poetry reading by Sierra Stonebraker and Kay Ziess on Friday, January 26th at 6:00 PM at Scuppernong Books, 304 South Elm Street. A part of the MFA Writing Program’s 2024 Thesis Reading Series, the event is free and open to the public.

SIERRA STONEBRAKER is a second-year MFA student in fiction at UNCG. Her work has appeared in The Greensboro Review and Allegory Ridge’s fiction anthology Archipelago. She grew up in the high desert of Southern California and lived in Seattle, WA for four years before moving to Greensboro. She currently serves as a Fiction Editor for The Greensboro Review.

KAY ZEISS is a gender queer poet & somatic therapist from Chicagoland writing through the lens of ecology, ancestry & embodiment. Their work is featured or forthcoming in Salamander, Lavender Review, Peculiar Journal & Broken Spells Zine.
