Katherine Cranfill

Hello! My name is Katherine Cranfill and I am the Honors English III and IV teacher at the Middle College at GTCC High Point. I was nominated as our school’s Rookie Teacher of the Year during my first year of teaching, and voted as the Teacher of the Year during my second year of teaching. I have enjoyed leadership opportunities as the Senior Project coordinator, the Service-Learning Teacher Leader for my school, and the Yearbook editor for two years. I think the best part of teaching is never second guessing that I love what I do. My job is challenging and I wear 15 different hats on any given day, but I can honestly say that I enjoy working with the students and colleagues at the Middle College. My students give me energy and my content allows me to continue to learn, grow, and reflect with my students!
