Holly Goddard Jones Faculty Fiction Reading

The MFA Writing Program at UNC Greensboro and The Greensboro Review will host a fiction reading by Holly Goddard Jones on Thursday, September 1 at 6:00 PM at Scuppernong Books, 304 S. Elm Street. The reading will celebrate the release of Professor Jones’ latest collection of short stories, Antipodes. It is free and open to the public and will be followed by a book signing.

Holly Goddard Jones is the author of Antipodes (University of Iowa Press 2022), The Salt LineThe Next Time You See Me and Girl Trouble: Stories. Her work has appeared in The Best American Mystery Stories, New Stories from the South, Tin House magazine, and elsewhere. She was a recipient of The Fellowship of Southern Writers’ Hillsdale Prize for Excellence in Fiction and of a Rona Jaffe Foundation Writers’ Award. She earned her MFA from Ohio State University and her BA from the University of Kentucky. She teaches creative writing at UNC Greensboro.
